One of the advantages of creating our new community, is that we can build on the strengths of both our legacy communities. Education - for all ages - is one area where both communities are not only active, but looking forward to sharing activities and learning from each other.
We have a thriving Cheder for children from 4 years old up to their Bat/Bar Mitzvah. We also Yachdav and Kabbalat Torah classes for older children up to age 16.
We encourage all the children to get involved in with LJY-Netzer - the youth movement of Liberal Judaism.
However, learning about Judaism is not just for the children it's is more about Life Long Learning.
So we also offer a variety of formal and informal learning opportunities for adults - including conversion classes, Torah study sessions, Study Buddies and our Kedem programme. These will, as they have always done, continue to evolve as we come together - educating and learning from each other.
