ELELS, like many other Synagogue’s or religious communities, is following the latest advice to avoid unnecessary social contact.
This means we have cancelled the Erev Shabbat & Shabbat Morning services this week. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we hope that normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.
During these unprecedented circumstances, we will do our best to stay in touch with members and friends of ELELS via the website – see our Blog Posts for the latest information – and via our Facebook Page and Twitter Feed.
Other forthcoming services and events have also been either cancelled or postponed, while we make alternative arrangements. Full details can be fond in our 18th March Update – where you will also find the latest information for contacting the office.
ELELS is aspiring to make our community a beacon of light in supporting each other and the outside world during these challenging times.
One way of doing this, is to set up a network of volunteers from across our ELELS membership in order to support each other. More information can be found in the recent email sent to all members, including how to volunteer.
