Chanukah cook-along ingredients

Baked doughnuts filled with lime and lemon curd

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 heaped tsp dried yeast
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 300g strong bread flour
  • 25ml milk
  • 125 g butter

    For the curd;

  • 75g unsalted butter
  • 120g caster sugar
  • 50ml lime juice
  • 80ml lemon juice
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 egg yolks

    For dipping

  • 160g unsalted butter

    For rolling

  • 100g granulated sugar
  • Zest of 1 lime

Latkes

  • 650g potatos
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 egg
  • Teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of matzah meal
  • Olive oil for frying
