Baked doughnuts filled with lime and lemon curd
- 3 eggs
- 1 heaped tsp dried yeast
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 300g strong bread flour
- 25ml milk
- 125 g butter
For the curd;
- 75g unsalted butter
- 120g caster sugar
- 50ml lime juice
- 80ml lemon juice
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 egg yolks
For dipping
- 160g unsalted butter
For rolling
- 100g granulated sugar
- Zest of 1 lime
Latkes
- 650g potatos
- 1 small onion
- 1 egg
- Teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of matzah meal
- Olive oil for frying
